1. Our Services
MDSN provides digital product services including discovery, design, development, branding, and optimization (websites, mobile apps, UI/UX, New Gen AI-powered solutions). Services are delivered based on agreed scope, timelines, and pricing in proposals or contracts.
We aim to deliver high-quality work but outcomes depend on your timely feedback, content provision, and approvals.
2. Payments & Pricing
- Prices are quoted in NGN or USD (as shown on our site) and may vary based on scope.
- Payments are milestone-based (e.g., 60% upfront, balance on delivery) unless otherwise agreed.
- All fees are non-refundable except as stated in a signed agreement.
- We reserve the right to suspend work if payments are overdue.
We commit to allocating 5% of project fees to support tech education initiatives for youth in Cross River State (coming soon).
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables (code, designs, branding assets) for your project.
- We retain rights to pre-existing tools, templates, code libraries, and general knowledge used.
- You grant us a license to use project work in our portfolio (anonymized if requested).
- Third-party assets (e.g., stock images, libraries) follow their licenses.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, necessary content/assets, and access (e.g., hosting credentials). Delays from your side may affect timelines and costs.
5. Limitation of Liability
MDSN is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project. We provide services “as is” without warranties beyond what’s agreed.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice. You remain responsible for fees for work completed. Upon termination, we deliver work-in-progress.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and use it only to deliver services.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be posted here with notice via email or site banner or social media. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
